(”INVISIO Group”) are subject to the Danish Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for which reason you are entitled to being informed of the personal data that INVISIO Group processes about you and your rights under the regulation.
This policy outlines how we process your personal data and explains your rights concerning INVISIO Group's collection, processing, and retention of your personal information.

Collection of Personal Data
Personal data is information that can identify you as an individual, either on its own or when combined with other data. It includes details such as your name, address, phone number, and email address. We only collect personal data for specific and lawful purposes, such as when you sign up for a newsletter, submit an inquiry, or apply for a job.
What We Collect
To evaluate your application for a position at INVISIO Group, INVISIO Group must process and store the following personal data:
- Your name, address, email address, and phone number.
- Any photos and/or videos you choose to submit in addition to your application.
- Your résumé, cover letter, and other documents you choose to enclose with your application.
All the data referred to above will be processed in full confidentiality in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data
INVISIO Group’s legal basis for processing your personal data derives from the legitimate interest that INVISIO Group has in assessing your application, and the obvious need for INVISIO Group to evaluate the professional and personal qualifications of an applicant before entering and employment contract with him or her; cf. article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
INVISIO Group may share your personal data internally in the INVISIO Group if INVISIO Group has a legitimate interest in so doing; cf. article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Normally we receive the above-mentioned data directly from you. However, in certain situations we may have obtained the information through websites in the public domain, public phone registers, network associates, or recruitment companies. In such cases, you will automatically be informed during our initial contact.
Sharing of Personal Data
The personal data you provide may be disclosed to entities within the INVISIO Group, including Racal Acoustics Ltd. (UK), as well as to our data processors based on data processor agreements, such as suppliers, business partners, and vendors with whom we collaborate to support our business operations.
Transfer to Countries Outside EU/EEA
We will, to the extent possible, avoid transferring personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA. However, in some cases, such transfers may be necessary, e.g., if a job application involves INVISIO Inc. (US) or Racal Acoustics Ltd. (UK). Such transfers will only occur for the specified purposes mentioned above, and we will ensure appropriate safeguards through data processor agreements and the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
Data retention
Your personal data will at latest be erased 6 months after your application has been received unless you specifically agree to a longer period of storage.
Your Rights
As an EU data subject, you have fundamental rights regarding your personal data. INVISIO Group is committed to facilitating the exercise of these rights and assisting you when you make inquiries. These rights include (but are not limited to):
- Right to Access: You have the right to request and receive a copy of your personal data held by INVISIO Group.
- Right to Rectification: You can request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten): You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data under certain circumstances.
