The INVISIO X5 headset is based on bone conduction technology with external microphones for natural hear-through. It features six sizes of exchangeable foam plugs for market-leading hearing protection and comfort.
INVISIO X5 is the in-ear headset of choice for modern soldier and law enforcement programs. The headset is fully compatible with other INVISIO systems and fits under helmets, eyewear, breathing apparatus and earmuffs.
The INVISIO X5 offers 32 dB SNR/29 dB NRR hearing protection, is submersible down to 2 meters and weighs only 70 grams.
It is certified according to MIL-STD-810G.
Dual-sided with 32 dB SNR / 29 dB NRR
The INVISIO Bone Conduction Microphone technology converts vibrations from the jawbone into crystal clear comms.
Full situational awareness at all times with the ability to detect the origin of sounds.
Only 70 grams, and exchangeable foam plugs for comfort

INVISIO in-the-ear headset systems utilize the INVISIO bone conduction technology. Instead of traditional sound wave technology, a small, comfortable in-the-ear microphone picks up vibrations from the user's jawbone. The vibrations are converted into speech, delivering crystal clear communication under extreme and noisy conditions, even when whispering.
The INVISIO X5 headset offers full situational awareness and hearing protection in noisy environments, including gunshots, explosions, breaching, vehicles and helicopters. INVISIO systems use advanced digital signal processing, miniaturized components and ergonomic headset design to provide the most natural hearing.
Innovation & technologySplit ear audio allows different talk groups to be assigned between the left and right ear to improve intelligibility and battlefield situational awareness. Additionally, received audio is automatically and dynamically assigned when connecting or disconnecting a radio.
Innovation & technologyThe hearing protection results are as follows: EN 352‐2: 2020: 32 dB SNR / ANSI S3.19-1974: 29 dB NRR.
The headset weighs 70g.
The headset has been immersion tested to 2 meters for 2 hours (MIL-STD-810G).
Ensure the microphone is fully within the ear canal for correct audio performance. The bone conduction microphone only functions when there is contact with the ear canal.
The INVISIO bone conduction technology works via an in-ear microphone that picks up vibrations from the user's jawbone.
