Trade Compliance Program
By building compliance into our standard operating procedures and enabling our employees to ensure adherence, our International Trade Compliance Program has been established to ensure compliance with all applicable import and export legislation. The program has been designed to align with the “pillars” of a robust Trade Compliance Program: Jurisdiction and Classification of Products; Due Diligence on Third Parties; Export Licencing; Controls on Technical Data; Access Controls; Shipping and Customs.
